Construction Update
We are preparing to begin construction of our $30 million project which will include 125 suites of Designated Assisted Living plus 22 units of subsidized housing.
It will be Architecturally beautiful incorporating features reminiscent of Zakopane Alpine houses.
We obtained our Development Permit May 1, 2009.
Our Architectural and Engineering construction design are underway. It will be a beautiful building in a prime location just south of the Royal Alexandra Hospital and Polish Hall on our $10 million piece of land.
We are now negotiating for a contract with Alberta Health for our 125 Designated Assisted Living beds in order to complete our mortgage financing.
St. Michael’s Care Group will be our professional operator.
Projection
If we get the DAL contract and then financing by September 1, 2009, we will build and open Christmas 2010.
